Day one
Day One:
Get hands on with Cranfield University's automotive
research facilities and visit one of the UK's most
secretive automotive test centres - Millbrook!
Cranfield University has a global reputation for its automotive teaching, research and industrial scale facilities. Start day one at this host location and get a close-up view of the experimental facilities and find out what type of driver you are.
Next it’s off to Millbrook - one of Europe’s leading locations for the development and demonstration of every type of land vehicle. Our four lucky winners will get a rare tour of the secretive test centre, see how vehicles are tested, experience first-hand the legendary test tracks and even get behind the wheel of a skid car.
Day two
Day Two:
Enter virtual reality at Jaguar Land Rover’s world
leading Computer Aided Engineering facilities and see
what it takes to design and produce an Aston Martin.
You’ll start day two at the headquarters of Jaguar Land Rover where you will be immersed in the world of virtual reality and its impact on the future of automotive engineering.
Just when you think things can’t get any better you will move on to the award winning world headquarters of Aston Martin. You will be given access to the manufacturing and production facility of the awe inspiring Aston Martin cars before ending the day with a ride in one of the latest cars based on the VH architecture.
Day three
Day Three:
The final day takes you in to the world of motor
sport. Gain an exclusive behind the scenes access at
one of the world leading teams, Mercedes AMG
Petronas Formula One Team.
You will be taken on an exclusive, behind the scenes tour of the MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team operations centre. The detailed tour will cover all elements of the design and manufacturing of the racing car.
